How does the coaching work?
After you purchase, you’ll fill out an intake about your goals, experience, schedule, and equipment. I build your custom workout program (and meal plan on longer packages), then we check in every week to review progress and adjust.
Do I need a gym?
No. Your program is built around whatever you have access to — full gym, home setup, or minimal equipment. Just tell me during intake.
What’s included in the check-ins?
Each week we review your progress, workouts, and nutrition, troubleshoot anything that’s getting in the way, and update your plan so you keep progressing.
Can I buy just a workout program or meal plan?
Yes. The custom workout program ($150) and custom meal plan ($100) can be purchased on their own if you don’t want ongoing coaching.
How do I pay?
All packages are paid securely by card at checkout. Longer packages are a one-time payment — no recurring subscription.
